How often does this happen, that a big truck, van, or a SUV, is standing right in front of the building you want to photograph, and it just would not move from there!

Division of the American Expeditionary Force (Infantry) that served in World War I.
The Memorial was dedicated on October 4, 1924..
Sculptor: Daniel Chester French created the gilded bronze firgure of "Victory"..
Architect: Cass Gilbert designed the obelisk, base and setting..
Location: The First Division Memorial is located in President's Park, south of the Executive Office Building and East of the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington D.C.
