This one is at the Civil Engineering Monument of the Millennium.. click here..
When I was writing about it, I wasn't aware of the Y-symbol. But, when I saw it again, I couldn't miss it!



And, the beautiful building in the backdrop is the Chicago Marine Safety Station.. click here.. It accommodates Chicago Marine Police, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, and the United States Coast Guard.
