Grand Rapids - Frederik Meijer Gardens [A New Eden - by Dale Chihuly]

One of the high points of my Grand Rapids tour was temporary exhibit..A New Eden - By Dale Chihuly.. at the Frederik Meijer Garden & Sculpture Park.. I was not aware of this exhibit when I made my trip to Grand Rapids to see the Art Prize, 2010.. Over a course of three years, Chihuly developed 15 stunning sites in celebration of the 15th Anniversary of Meijer Gardens.. Here's images of a few..

Dale Chihuly.. Is well-known for his glass-works, especially the fine art of glass blowing. He has been awarded eight honorary doctorates and two fellowships from the National Endowments for the Arts..
In my Day Trip to Frederick Meijer Garden and Sculpture Park, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.. I was luck to see a Temporary Exhibit, "A New Eden", with works by Dale Chihuly. the above images are from the Temporay Exhibit.

However, the Frederick Meijer's Garden, there are some permanent installtions by dale Chihuly as well..
