Bronze sculpture about 16 -foot tall, with two companion seeds..
A flyer at the site has some information..
An age-old concept, the tree of life is a symbol of the connection between the underworld, the sky and the terrestial world in pre-Columbian cultures. The tree symbolizes life's energy, and the seeds scattered beneath represent the beauty and fragility of new life..

Yvonne Domenge was born in Mexico City in 1946. She studied plastic arts at the Outremont School in Montreal, Canada, at the Corcoran School of Art, washington D.C., and in Mexico City. Working in materials as diverse as wood, stone, clay, marble, cement, steel, porcelain, silver and resin, Domenge has more than 40 solo shows and participated in nearly 200 group exhibitions across mexico, the United Sy=tates, Canada, Europe, and China, including the Musee dy Louvre in Paris..

The ball-like forms by Yvonne Domenge are quite nice. Why is there a guard rail surrounding "Wind Waves" but not the others? I'm not a fan of putting ropes/rails around public art. Why would they install one around "Wind Waves?"

Hey Matt,
There was some work in progress on the floor. You can see some minor construction work... That's way that particular piece had safety guard around it. Its removed now.
